We will endeavour to despatch goods as quickly as possible. The goods will be packaged securely and labelled clearly. If any item you have chosen is not available we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or via telephone within one business days of receiving your order.

Delivery Information

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday and delivered on working days. (Please get in touch if you require a Saturday delivery.)

If the goods are returned to us, a second redelivery charge will be incurred.

Delivery times to addresses outside the U.K. are not guaranteed.

If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for redelivery and/or collection. Organising a redelivery is the responsibility of the customer.

Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the US. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

Items sent outside the US on Express will incur a handling fee from the carrier not included in the postage price.

We do not deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or freight forwarding addresses.

Depending on the policy of non-US banks in some cases we are only able to deliver to your debit/credit card billing address.




Free Delivery for Orders Above $225

Orlebar Brown offer free standard delivery on orders of the value $225 and above. Please note that this value is after promotions and discounts have been applied.






Click & Collect

Delivery

Delivery will be to one of the three US stores specified when making your order.

Once the order is confirmed, Orlebar Brown is unable to make changes to the delivery address.

Once the order is confirmed, if you would like to send the order to an alternative delivery address that is not an Orlebar Brown store, payment for postage will be required.




COLLECTION

You will need to bring a print-out of your order confirmation when you collect your web order, along with a valid form of named ID
(license, passport, credit card, debit card).

The chosen Orlebar Brown store will contact you when your order is ready to be collected. You must therefore provide both a valid email and contact telephone number when making your order.

If you wish someone to collect your order on your behalf, please contact the OB Concierge team in advance:

The person collecting on your behalf must present the order confirmation and a valid form of ID as per the above.

Click and Collect orders will be held in the chosen Orlebar Brown store for 10 days. If not collected or no instructions are received within this period the web order will be returned to our warehouse and refunded.




EXCHANGE AND REFUND

Orders made via the Orlebar Brown website can be exchanged in store, but only for items of the same value or higher.

Orders made via the Orlebar Brown website cannot be refunded in store. They will be returned to our warehouse and refunded within five working days.

For online orders to be refunded, the below process must be followed:

  • ORIGINAL POST BOX AND PACKAGING MUST BE USED
  • THE SLIP INCLUDED ON THE INVOICE MUST BE COMPLETED AND PLACED PACKAGE
  • ALL USED POSTAGE LABELS SHOULD BE REMOVED OR COVERED TO AVOID CONFUSION
  • THE FREE RETURNS LABEL PROVIDED MUST BE PLACED ON THE FRONT OF THE POST BOX
  • AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT FROM THE STORE CONFIRMING RECEIPT OF RETURN IN STORE
  • FURTHER EMAILS WILL BE SENT ONCE RETURN IS RECEIVED IN OUR WAREHOUSE AND PROCESSED





RETURNS

Orlebar Brown is proud of its products. We believe in the quality of our goods and will not be happy until you are.

For online purchases, we operate a "no quibble" exchange or refund guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase just return it to us, in its original and unworn condition, within 14 days of receipt and we will either send out replacement goods or refund you the purchase price.

Please note that for items bought in Orlebar Brown stores, goods will be refunded up to 7 days from original purchase date and exchange or credit given 14 days from original purchase date.

Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.

Orlebar Brown offer free returns with UPS on orders delivered within the US. A shipping label will be supplied with each eligible order.

When using the free returns shipping label provided by Orlebar Brown, please take note of the tracking code on the 'proof of postage' supplied by the post office.

If returning goods from outside of the US, please ensure the package is sent on a tracked service or with ‘proof of postage’. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Orlebar Brown.

If using the free returns shipping label, packages can take up to two working days to arrive at our warehouse. Once delivered to our warehouse, it takes up to 48 working hours for goods to then be processed. It can take up to 72 hours during our busy Sale period.

Exchanged goods are sent out free of charge.

Orlebar Brown will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.

WHAT TO DO WHEN RETURNING BY POST:

1.  Before returning any goods to Orlebar Brown, please complete the return slip on the reverse of your invoice that came with your order and include it with the items being sent back:

  • REMEMBER TO INDICATE IF YOU WOULD RATHER EXCHANGE THE GOODS OR RECEIVE A REFUND
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL REFUNDS WILL BE MADE TO THE CREDIT CARD ORIGINALLY USED
  • SELECT THE REASON FOR THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN
  • STATE THE PREFERRED DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR YOUR EXCHANGE
  • WE ALWAYS WELCOME FEEDBACK, SO FEEL FREE TO LET US KNOW YOUR THOUGHTS


2.  If in the US, please fix the UPS label provided to the front of the box ensuring all old labels are covered and/or removed.

  • TAKE TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE TO RECEIVE THE TRACKING CODE AND TO SUCCESSFULLY DEPOSIT


3.  To make a return or exchange, we need to receive the goods back to our office in their original condition – so, please ensure all goods are packaged securely and we recommend that you use a recorded or signed for delivery service.


4.  If goods are return from outside US please mark the box ‘returned goods’.


5.  We are not able to accept any returns on any products that have been worn and are not in their ‘original’ condition.


6.  We can only accept refunds or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.


7.  The cost of returning goods to Orlebar Brown is the responsibility of the customer.

Christmas Returns Policy

We have extended our return policy for Christmas to make it easy for you to return and exchange.

Any items purchased online from 16th November – 22nd December can be returned up until 15th January for a full refund or exchange.

Please ensure items are returned in their original and unworn condition. Garment tags and hygiene stickers must not be removed or tampered with.

SALE RETURN POLICY

For items bought online, our standard returns policy applies to both full-priced and sale items.

For items bought in our US stores, sale items can only be exchanged within 7 days. Refunds are not permitted.
