Didn’t stand up to cleaning

It started out great, beautiful fit, fabric fell nicely, actually wore it out of the store. I wore it briefly that day and again another time our for an evening. I followed the instructions I.e. no dry cleaning, low agitation/temp, dry flat. It’s now quite mis-shapen and the fabric has changed to a more course feel. Having worked in clothing design and development I can say this fabric / construction method is not ready for prime time. I understand it can be tough as a small manufacturer to get everything fabric right. Thought you’d at least to know what my experience has been.
