FAQ’s

Klarna is a payment service provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment. Klarna offers customers flexible ways to pay, including Pay later and payment in instalments.

You can part pay for your order using Klarna as well as any OB gift card or e-voucher.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with payment instructions within two days from Klarna. You'll then have 30 days to complete the payment online with Klarna at your convenience with no extra cost. You can pay via credit or debit card. The Pay later service is not available on orders for or containing gift cards, gift vouchers and SnapShorts.

Pay later is currently only available for our customers within the UK, US and Germany. This payment option is subject to your financial circumstances and only available if you are 18 years or older. When choosing Pay later, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.

As soon as we have accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel the statement or refund any payments already made to them.

You can pay for your order at any point after you receive the email from Klarna with the details of your payment. Just follow the instructions in the email or the Klarna app.

If you pay by card, we will confirm your order right away. If you choose Pay later, Klarna will send a payment confirmation to the email address that you have selected for your order. If you have made a payment but not received the payment confirmation, you can check the status of your order and payments by logging in at www.klarna.com.

Yes, when we receive your returned order, our Concierge team will process your request for an exchange. Should the item you are exchanging be of greater value, we will contact you to arrange additional payment. For any returns, your order will be processed, and an updated statement will be sent to you.

If your payment date is near and you have not received your order, please contact our Concierge team who will be able to help. You have 30 days to pay, so you don’t need to pay right away

Once delivered to our warehouse, it takes up to 48 hours for returns to be processed. As soon as we have processed your cancellation or return, the refund will then be processed by Klarna within 3-5 business days.

All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment you originally chose. If you have not paid the statement yet, then the refund will reduce the statement or cancel it completely.

Pay By Instalments

The Pay in 3 option will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over three equal instalments. The payment for each instalment will be collected automatically from the debit or credit card you enter at the checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when we confirm your order. Instalments two and three will be scheduled for 30 and 60 days, respectively.

Pay in instalments is currently only available for our customers within the UK, US and Germany. This payment option is subject to your financial circumstances and only available if you are 18 years or older. When choosing Pay later, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.

Yes, If you want to pay the outstanding balance of your purchase early, simply log in to Klarna, go to the order page and select "Pay off early".

Once we have received the return and you have received the confirmation of this, an updated statement will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, your statement will be closed. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.

Any subsequent payments will be automatically taken from the card that you entered during the checkout process. If you need to change the payment card, simply log into the Klarna app, head to the Instalments order page and select "Change card", then enter your new card details.

You can place your order with us using Klarna and can us any gift card or e-voucher as part of the payment.
