My first time trying the brand, and the product itself is great, very nice stylish fit, great packaging too. Very fast delivery right after I placed order, and also very nice touch with sending a physical card following up with my experience. Perhaps just one downside, I ordered two same color pants (by mistake) and had to return and exchange one of them for the right color. It has taken a few weeks already, and seems to be still somewhere in the process. Other than that, experience has been good.
