We’ve brought back these flat-fronted Standard shorts which were part of our debut swim collection when we launched in 2007. Now featuring an evolved option that gives you a tailored finish with discreet flexibility due to the half-elasticated waistband. Combining elements from surfwear, day shorts and tailored trousers, these set the standard for stylish and functional swimwear.

We’ve tested them to 20mg/l chlorine—that’s more than six times the level recommended for swimming pools by the World Health Organisation. Try finding another pair of swim shorts that are so resilient to chlorinated water that you could swim in any pool in the world and their colour would still resist fading.
