Q&A

How was your recent Heartfeldt Pool Party?

I love travelling the world and following the sun so I’m really lucky that making music allows me to do that. The Heartfeldt Pool Party during Miami Music Week completely sold out so that felt really special because there are so many other events to choose from.

Who made it memorable?

My fans who came by to support me and all the awesome DJs that played at the party. Together with my DJ friends, we managed to pull off an awesome show that I think will be repeated many times in the next couple of years!

Is there anything you would change?

This year, unfortunately I could only stay for less than 24 hours as my tour schedule was really busy; I had four shows in two days. Before I flew to Miami I had to play in Ann Arbor, and after the last show in Miami I jetted off to St Charles and Las Vegas.

When did you first visit Miami?

It was four years ago for Miami Music Week and it was such a special experience for me. Seeing the Miami that I knew from movies and video games in real life was amazing and I met so many cool new friends over the years.

Do you have any insider tips?

It can be hard to find a decent but affordable place to eat and drink in Miami but one of my favourites is definitely The Broken Shaker —it’s one of the best cocktail bars I’ve ever been to. I also always visit Five Guys when I’m there, but that’s more of a personal tradition.

Best place for a view?

The rooftop of the Nautilus Hotel .

Where’s next on your bucket list?

Moscow.
