NEW COLLECTION CRUISE 2016
A sweeping mountain vista with a lake at its centre. Crystal clear blue water, small sailing boats, canoes, clap board huts and people jumping off jetties. From Bruce Weber’s Bear Pond to Arthur Ransome’s Swallows and Amazons, life on great lakes was our inspiration for the season.
The tailored swim short is where is all began for Orlebar Brown. This season we brought traditional gingham patterns alongside our distinctive photographic editions. Strong house prints are offset by the gentle degradations of our mountain mist design while classic piping and pyjama stripes bring a new dimension to our swim range.
We combined precise tailoring with subtle cuff and collar details to create a range of polos for every occasion. Classic and tailored fits work across mélange towelling and 100% linen styles while two-colour piqué cotton allows for a unique dye that gives a softer colour.
Our new season T-shirts feature a broad palette from soft pastels to bold house prints. Richard Haines’ evocative illustrations work across the range while Slim Aaron’s crisp poolside imagery elevates our photographic editions. Our classic cotton OB-T & OB-V T-shirts are ultra lightweight for maximum breathability.
From technical showerproof pieces to classic blazers and Harringtons, our new jackets are designed with both style and function in mind. ‘Paper touch’ is a new Japanese fabric that combines technical attributes with a matte finish for high-performance style.
One of our signature fabrics, towelling gives you exceptional softness to touch and its easy styling brings class to any collection. Synonymous with resort wear and relaxation; towelling is a suitcase staple.
A classic warm-weather fabric that gives you lightweight luxury in the heat. From classic tees to jackets and shirts, our pure linen finish can be worn crisp or casual.
