We offer a 5-year guarantee on all our OB swim shorts

We are so confident in the quality of our tailored swim shorts that we will guarantee them for five years. If you have bought a pair of swim shorts and they have not performed as they should, Orlebar Brown will repair or replace them. Ageing is to be expected and after several years of sun, sea, pools and parties we’d imagine your shorts to look well-loved. We are not promising they will look ‘out-of-the-packet’ brand new, but, if at any point during that time they fail you due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair them if we can or replace them—free of charge. The Orlebar Brown Guarantee is born out of pride in everything we do.

Despite all the hard work we put in to making each swim shorts, time will affect their appearance. Wear and tear will make its mark, such as colour fade or depending on what adventures you may take them on, staining and abrasions to the fabric.

If when you contact us your shorts have been bought online, or from one of our stores within the last year, then Orlebar Brown will provide you with a returns shipping label. Otherwise the cost of shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If it has been over six months since purchase, and Orlebar Brown accept the issue as a fault, refunds and credit will not be available and shorts can only be exchanged. Shorts can only be exchanged for the same style, colour and size. If the style or colour you’ve returned is no longer available, then Orlebar Brown will offer you an alternative colour of equivalent value.
