Plane food is not usually something to get excited about. However British Airways might just change this bad reputation with it’s aircraft themed pop-up restaurant Flight BA2012 in Shoreditch. Open during April, on-board you can enjoy a meal put together by chefs Simon Hulstone and Heston Blumenthal. The meals inspired by traditional BA meals will be served on 1st class BA flights during the upcoming Olympics.
As the original birthplace of RMS Titanic, Belfast is the place to be to experience the 100th anniversary of Titanic’s tragic maiden voyage. Set in a ship-like designed building along the docks, Titanic Belfast is the city’s new event centre and museum. Within its six interactive galleries, visitors can walk through the ship’s decks and cabins and even smell the typical smells of the historic vessel.
