Tyrone Wood, son of Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood, runs the successful Mayfair-based art gallery, Scream. Incorporating a curatorial programme that hosts exhibitions of both iconic modern masters and emerging contemporary artists, Scream is this week launching its “American Envy” exhibition by Russell Young.
We can’t wait to see Russell’s new work and urge those who can to visit “American Envy” running from 8th April – 15th May at Scream Gallery.
With a deep love for the ocean, I’m definitely more of a beach person. My favourite place to go is Kenya…a place called Manda Bay. It’s absolutely beautiful and I have fond memories from many family holidays there. I would like to explore Mexico a bit, they have some pretty amazing beaches there, I have just booked to go there for New Year’s 2012 so I am very much looking forward to that.
It’s tough to choose just one but most recently we had a great family holiday back in 2007 in the Seychelles for New Year. It was very memorable because the Seychelles are absolutely beautiful. Plus we had most of the resort to ourselves, so it was like our own family Island!
I am actually all of the above. I’ve done them all and enjoyed them all! I’m not that fussy really so I’m up for an adventure in any city or country. If I had to recommend any places, it would have to be Barcelona for the nightlife, Berlin for the art, Miami for the Art Basel, Thailand for the beach, Ireland for the Guinness, LA for Coachella and Africa to relax. My mantra in life is to have fun wherever you may be. Life is just too short!

I tend not to read on holiday, when I do read it’s usually something scary. Like Ian Banks, The Wasp Factory!
Simply…a vest, shorts, flip-flops and sunglasses!
It has to be the Sebastian as I love my Polo shirts. If I’m in the city I go for the darker colours but when I’m on holiday I tend to wear the lighter ones.
Definitely a pair of black jeans with a Sebastian polo. I’d also recommend a decent white dress shirt, a cool t-shirt, a New era baseball cap and Rayban or Arnette sunglasses. Definitely complete the look with some Havaiana flip flops and any sun cream that works!
Speedos with ‘Jesus sandals’!
I think OB has got it right to just keep it simple. This is my advice of what you shouldn’t be doing: Those cow neck backwards hoodies and extremely low cut V neck t-shirts.
