Growing up in a family of sailing and windsurfing aficionados, kitesurfing professional Alex Caizergues was always drawn towards the waves. However it was only a few years ago that he started to actually compete in kitesurfing. Luckily he did, as within just a short period of time he became triple World Champion, double French Champion and broke several world records along the way.

100% Beach! It’s the place where I feel most alive, and I feel it gives me real power. Maybe it’s because I’m Pisces!!!
My favourite beach is Jericoacoara in Brazil (Nordeste).
Oh, there are quite a few. One of the funnest happened a long time ago, on a long buggy trip along the Nordeste sandy beach, close to Jericoacoara, with two of my best friends, to find the perfect, remote kitesurfing spot.
Another time I was arrested after a wild party at a contest in Fuerteventura. My most memorable celebrity moment was listening to Daryl Hannah singing on a Maldivian beach.
I’m full on Adrenalin adventure, I find it difficult to sit, tan or relax on the beach. I always need to do something that gives me a thrill or a sensation!
